Meet The Team

Stephen Rager, Owner of Champion Property Inspection, has inspected homes since 2015 and completed more than 1,500 inspections. He is a Certified Master Inspector and Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI. In addition, he is an ASHI peer-reviewed inspector and a former ASHI Certified Inspector.

Beyond his professional experience, Stephen is also a local real-estate investor with multiple rental properties. As a multi-tour combat veteran who proudly served as a U.S. Army Cavalry Scout, he brings discipline, integrity, and leadership to every inspection.

He currently holds licenses in Home Inspection, Wood-Destroying Insect, Radon, Sewer Scoping, and Mold Education. Because of this diverse training, Stephen can identify and report on a wide range of issues.

Noah is an Indiana State Certified Home Inspector and Commercial Certified Property Inspector. He previously worked as a commercial electrician and owned a handyman business in Omaha, NE. Because of this experience, Noah understands homes from the inside out.

He is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI, an IA² Certified Air Quality Consultant with mold-education designation, and a Wood-Destroying Insect Certified Inspector. When he isn’t on the job, Noah enjoys grilling out and spending time with family and friends.

Aaron specializes in environmental inspections. He is a Certified Professional Inspector licensed in Radon Measurement and Wood-Destroying Organisms and holds certifications in Indoor Air Quality, Lead-Based Paint, and Asbestos Inspection.

Furthermore, Aaron has experience in well-water testing and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1999. Because of his engineering background, he combines technical precision with practical field knowledge.

Austin brings years of experience as a Licensed General Contractor and Home Builder. His deep knowledge of Building Science allows him to identify issues hidden behind walls or under foundations.

As a Certified Master Inspector, Austin has provided expert witness testimony in legal cases, demonstrating his trusted reputation in the industry. In addition, he communicates clearly with clients and ensures they understand each finding.

Jamie joined Champion Property Inspection in May 2024 as part-time marketing support. She currently serves as Executive Director for Jacob’s Village, and much of her experience comes from the nonprofit sector.

Jamie and her husband, Nathan, stay busy with their two daughters—attending soccer games, basketball tournaments, theater rehearsals, and choir concerts. She says her favorite part of working at Champion is the genuine servant leadership that drives the company’s mission.
