Monthly Company Meeting

We celebrated team milestones, including Jamie being named Employee of the Quarter, Jake earning his Indoor Air Quality certification, and welcoming new team members. We also celebrated Kiersten and Jake’s birthdays with ice cream cake—because at Champion, our meetings are just as much about connection and celebration as they are about growth.

InterNACHI 2025
We’re committed to staying on the cutting edge of the home inspection industry, and that means continuous learning and networking. This year, Owen and Stephen represented our team at the InterNACHI Conference 2025 in sunny Orlando, Florida. They dove into a range of topics, from the latest advancements in infrared technology to the use of drones in inspections. It wasn’t all classroom time, though! They also had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, including Nick and Ben Gromicko, the founders of InterNACHI. While sessions like the one on fire door testing were invaluable (yes, we even made fire doors sound fun!), we believe in a balanced approach to professional development.
