Our inspectors use the latest innovations and technology to create customized property inspection reports and deliver them within 24 hours.

Requirements of the position to maximize your personal growth:
- With your assistance, this position is for around 20 hours per week and will grow within 1 year to 40 hours per week.

- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

- 1 year of college-level or equivalent marketing education, both digital marketing and traditional skill sets
- Digital marketing is defined as utilizing social media, websites, and other online resources to drive leads
- Traditional marketing skill sets will be in-person visits, appointment setting, and cold and warm calling potential clients.

- We will train you if you have limited experience with the right personality sets

- Due to the nature of our work, this position will be 50/50 remote and in the field or at different locations.
- We use Techsmith, Snag It, and Camtasia,
- Will create, and assist in creating bi-weekly blogs/vlogs of various inspection topics.
- Creating regular contact, and posting to multiple social media outlets.
- Manage relationships between the clients, agents, and inspectors.
- Planning events, parties, and presentations, and attending them.
- Working on Marketing SOPs and others as needed.
- Overseeing projects and events in our Google Workspace.
- Reporting performance statistics using both scorecards and our customer relationship management systems.
- Providing guidance, plans, and actions to improve, remove, and maintain growth
- Being present at functions, and being part of the face of Champion, you will help represent us.
